Yesterday we proudly celebrated the #groundbreaking of The Colwick – a premier 234-unit multifamily rental project. The development, which is located in Charlotte’s Cotswold neighborhood, will reflect the distinctive identity of the community and offer pedestrian access to parks, schools, and over half a million square feet of nearby grocery, retail, and restaurant options.
