Started with a podcast focused on answering "What is the future of people initiatives?" 7 month. 55 Episodes. We have the answer. Bold and courageous leaders, Innovators, will adopt marketing into the employee experience to improve business outcomes. New teams are being created. "Employee Experience Marketing", "Employee Value Proposition", "Employee Engagement Team"... This team will either report to CMO (if there is a direct link to customer experience) or, more likely, to the people leader, CHRO or Chief People Officer. This team will include professionals from both, Marketing & HR. Our goal is to accelerate the adoption of marketing into the employee experience.
