I help hospitality brands achieve their goals with creative solutions to everyday challenges.

I am truly honored and grateful to be nominated for the 33rd Annual South Florida Tourism Professional of the Year Award. It’s a humbling experience to be recognized alongside such talented and passionate individuals who are making an impact in the travel and tourism industry, especially here in South Florida, a place I hold close to my heart. This journey has been filled with hard work, dedication, and a lot of love for what I do. I’m beyond thankful for the amazing people who have been part of this adventure…my family, my team and all the incredible partners I’ve had the pleasure of working with. This nomination is as much a reflection of their support as it is of anything I’ve done. A huge congratulations to my fellow nominees. Being mentioned in the same breath as these outstanding leaders is an honor in itself: -Yonaira Abreu, HVMH Hotels -Ignacio Borbolta, Delta -Cindy Castelblanco, Zoo Miami -Michael Cheng, FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management -Bill Hansen, The Hansen Group -Julissa Kepner, Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay -Dan Rios, GMCVB -Allen Susser, Chef Allen Susser Consulting I’m looking forward to celebrating with you all. Thanks again to everyone who’s been part of this journey. 🙏 #TourismLeadership #SouthFloridaTourism #Grateful #HospitalityIndustry #TourismAwards #GMBHA

Help Chef Frederic Delaire in His Fight Against Brain Cancer 💔 Today, I’m reaching out with a very personal request. My friend, Chef Frederic Delaire, is fighting a battle no one should have to face...brain cancer! If you’ve ever had the privilege of working with Frederic, you know the kind of person he is: generous, humble, and always willing to lend a hand or offer guidance. For years, he’s been the heart of the hospitality industry here in South Florida, helping so many of us rise in our careers and supporting us when we needed it most. Now, it's our turn to give back to someone who has given so much to so many. Frederic isn’t just a chef, he’s a mentor, a friend, and a true inspiration. He’s been there for me and countless others, and the thought of him facing this challenge breaks my heart. If you’ve ever shared a kitchen with him, received his advice, or simply enjoyed one of his meals, you know the power of his spirit. I’m asking for your help—whether it’s a donation, sharing his story, or simply sending prayers and positive thoughts his way. No contribution is too small because together, we can help lighten the load he’s carrying. Frederic would give the shirt off his back for anyone in need. Let’s do the same for him. Please consider donating to his GoFundMe page in the comments below. Let’s show Frederic that his hospitality family is with him every step of the way. 💙 #HospitalityFamily #CancerFight
