Our team had a great team volunteering with Children & Family Urban Movement (CFUM) this month! TIC team members served breakfast, read, played games, and assisted students with homework during Breakfast Club. CFUM serves families of the Riverbend community by providing a safe place for children before and after school, a summer program for students, and hot meals. Kudos to our dedicated volunteers! 💚

Morgan joined The Iowa Clinic with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Morgan was drawn to the Clinic for its collaborative, interdisciplinary approach and its reputation for excellence in patient care. Her journey into physical therapy began in high school, following a series of sports-related injuries that introduced her to the transformative power of rehabilitation. For Morgan, the most rewarding part of her work is empowering patients with knowledge and witnessing their progress back to activities they love.

Growing up in central Iowa, Matt was drawn to TIC’s strong reputation for patient-centered care and its commitment to high-quality medicine. Throughout his training in PA school, he developed an interest in Gastroenterology, where he saw the impact of building long-term patient relationships. For Matt, the most rewarding part of his job is taking the time to truly listen to his patients and ensure they feel heard.

Over 340 kids are now game-day ready thanks to another successful round of Des Moines Public Schools sports physicals, bringing our all-time total to over 4,900 completed physicals! Thank you to all of our wonderful providers and staff who volunteered their time to support these student athletes. 💚
