  • The Job Applicant Perspective is the first reputation system for modern hiring roles. We are powered by the most natural crowdsourced anonymous librarian in all the world - the U.S. job seeker. Crowdsourced, reputation systems have a variety of benefits including: - Increased user trust in job postings - Reducing market costs via feedback loops to make better choices - Attracting top talent and reengaging those who've dropped out - Increased retention and respectful engagement while employed - Reducing digital discrimination - Reduced overflow from spammed HRs for jobs that don't exist. - Improving the overall rate of successful transactions - Iterative data to better inform a job hunt in the way you USED to get data. An doesn't that sound like a win/win for everyone wanting to hire or be hired? We also have a classifieds job board that is currently underutilized you are welcome to post with - but do know we require salaries posted. Make your job seekers feel respected and help out a cause that promotes the hard work, authenticity, respect for growth over perfection, and innovation, that have been missing since modern hiring became so plastic. #jobs #jobsearch #jobsearching #crowdsourced #crowdsourcing

At 2:00 PM CST, tomorrow Ashley P., Mark Anthony Dyson and myself do more damage to scammers. They prey on unsuspecting job seekers and what's required to stop them is a relentless, proactive approach. Tune in as we discuss key things you'll need to know as a job seeker. For companies, scammers impersonate your employees or your company entirely, damaging your good name in the process as they rob people. This is vital information for all. https://lnkd.in/g9XVCE2g

  • I would argue that: Humans professionally and economically innovate through being able to self-reflect on the variety of ways they impact the world, or have been impacted by it, and having the courage to shoulder the weight of shared reality. The instinct for any professional to need to be seen as "pure" to be "good" and "employable" helps them never REALLY internalize feedback and learn and grow. Like a tree that won't grow further lest it harm the grass in its shade, growth and the ability to have 3 dimensions in a world where you will inevitably impact others is hindered by the purity approach to goodness. That in the end, no professional human should be unofficially required to be pure to be employable. In a world where, the the baseline isn't omniscience, or omnipotence, "purity" in your career is related to extreme good luck or wealth, and more often than not might indicate a lack of growth and ability to adapt, not necessarily it's presence. AKA Perfection isn't "good" persay. It's a purity of outcomes, related to never being harmed, always being harmless, and never being harmful, and thats...not something that demonstrates innovationg, growth, adaptability etc. That in the end, no professional corporation, business, or industry should need to be seen as 'pure' to be worthwhile overall. Being exempt from feedback and the building of shared reality, - of not being open to what you didn't know you didn't know, assumes omniscience, omnipotence, a lack of care for its absence, or a lack of ability to grow so no need. Either way it's not the best value proposition for investment, more shaky ground. That like political leaders who win races with 98% of the vote, you should not be wary of bad reviews in a reputation system, you should be wary of NO bad reviews from a reputation system. Or having no system feedback loop for accountability visible at all. Which is a roundabout philosophical argue for my innovative product The Job Applicant Perspective but I'm gonna run with it because I also think it's valid. Others are welcome to weigh in on my approach here. Outside of my business product I genuinely think this line of thinking has some helpful validity professionally. #jobs #jobsearch #jobsesrching #crowdsourced #crowdsourcing

  • When hiring is about job seekers making informed choices, 3rd party actors of job platforms, ATS systems and more won't be a professional casino for job seekers, and employer talent shortages will decrease too. The numbers bear this assessment out. Look at the revenue growth in the talent acquisition solutions industry over the years and also look at the 12 trillion in economic loss due to unfilled roles that Yahoo reported in 2023 and now the 27 million long term unemployed that Harvard was tracking in 2021. When you fail to consider that the job applicant experience with modern hiring markets is CRUCIAL to employers' ability to find candidates - you will get this situation. The lack of consideration for job applicant perspective broke the modern U.S. economy and its presence will help restore it. MVP is built and launched. 17 page pitch deck and financial projections available. If you are an investor, please consider contacting for opportunities. If you are a person wanting to help your neighbor, friend or family member not get evicted - or your local small business owner not lose their store, please like, follow, and share. The good news is when you see what the problem is you can start correcting it. Some choices 1) We could fire all 3rd party actors and make employers the house again - unlikely. 2) We could get HRs across the country to start including some specific breakdowns of their hiring practices - equally unlikely to happen quickly or easily enough or 3)You could support, endorse, and invest in the crowdsourced reputation system for hiring markets at The Job Applicant Perspective. If job seekers, for the first time in professional history, felt like their voice, their thoughts and their experience in the modern job market was crucial to its success, what do YOU think they would do. What would you do if you could change your status from isolated embarrassment of the professional world into hero of that same group? There has to be a way to make job seekers be able to make more informed choices to heal the market. #jobs #jobsearch #crowdsourcing #crowdsource #jobseeker #realttalkjobhunting
