The primary responsibilities for this position include directing incoming calls and assisting loan and safe deposit box customers. He/she also handle preparation and delivery of various reports, letters and other documents along with reviewing transactions and loan documents. Skills and abilities required are: strong, positive and professional telephone etiquette; good verbal communication; ability to multi-task; experience with Excel and Word.
