Last week, we supported The Pizzuti Companies and the City of Powell, Ohio in the first Downtown Village Green Master Plan community open house, engaging with Powell residents and business owners to discuss the future of this central civic space. The goal of this initial discovery phase is to determine both the challenges and opportunities that downtown Powell can leverage to create a more thriving and economically sustainable community asset. In the coming months, our team will develop preliminary visionary concepts based on community feedback. Continued participation will be essential as the plan evolves toward implementation.
