The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel had the pleasure of meeting with the renowned French television network, Groupe TF1 for the "50 Minutes Inside" segment, to showcase our unique Pampered Pup Package with a broad French audience of 5+ million viewers. Carey Gotti, our bilingual Communications Manager shared her vision with Bonne et Filou founder, Nicolas Nemeth on ways to elevate our Plaza VIPup’s stay experience with his dog friendly macarons. A special thank you to Sarah Pizon for producing the segment, and our Purchasing Director, Edgar Encinas for ensuring our pampered pups always have a delicious treat to welcome them.  🐾

We are so proud to see our talented Director of Housekeeping, Yasmine Borbon shine on NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. She leads The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel's heart of the house with skill, compassion and enthusiasm. 

Muhannad Al Ateem, our Executive Chef at The Plaza, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, affectionately known as ‘Chef Mo’. Originally, from the Middle East, his passion for the culinary arts began while watching cooking shows with his mom when he was just 13 years old. When Chef first arrived in New York City, he paused to take a selfie in front of The Plaza and told himself one day he would work there. Today he continues his culinary journey within the walls of the storied building with a team of seasoned chefs supporting him—notably Rose who has worked at the Plaza for 40 years! When he is not in the Plaza's kitchen, you can find him traveling to new destinations in search of new flavors.   Here's to Chef Mo's inspiring journey and the culinary art he creates for our castle on Central Park!
