Just this past Saturday, July 27th, The Plunge House® made waves with our first-ever member-exclusive Polar Plunge event, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! Event Highlights 🤩↓ ❄️ 26 Plunge Pods at 45°: Our brave members took on the ultimate challenge, plunging into ice-cold water for a full 6 minutes without any sauna prep. 👏 🧘 Breathwork Technique Session: The event kicked off with an invigorating breathwork session led by Christian Huges, co-founder of Morning Miles Run Club. His expert guidance helped our members prepare mentally and physically for our ice-cold plunge. 🍨Mimosas & Yogurt Bar: Post-plunge, members enjoyed a refreshing treat with delicious mimosas and a yogurt bar, adding a sweet note to the invigorating experience.
