Happy Halloween from TSP! There's nothing more spooky in the TSP Office than poor ergonomic design.... Thankfully, we have an incredible array of ergonomic products we use at our workstations every day! TSP’s Marina gave an orientation this morning on our workstation ergonomic features, focusing on the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) Movement Feature V02: Ergonomic Workstation Design. We reviewed the amazing products we interact with every day, gaining a better understanding of their user adjustability and benefits. We reviewed our Knoll k. stand height-adjustable desk, and our Humanscale Diffrient Smart chairs, Infinity task lights, and M/Connect adjustable monitor arms. If you need us, we'll be standing at our desks for 15 minutes every hour.....

TSP recently attended the opening ceremony for Diamond Logistics Center; one of our warehouse projects targeting LEED Gold certification! Our team worked with the architect, ARCO Design/Build, to select highly sustainable materials; this process included collecting over 20 EPDs and 20 HPDs, which is exceptional for a warehouse design. Low-VOC flooring, insulation, and ceiling materials were selected to improve indoor air quality. Over 40% of the cost of total materials included recycled content. To conserve water usage, low-flow toilets and fixtures were installed in remote restrooms and the spec office achieved 41.92% water savings when compared to baseline building design. Owner: CBRE
