One thing I wanted to do in 2024 was create a platform that highlighted diverse creatives and marketers throughout sports and entertainment that not only have inspirational stories, but also making a significant impact in their roles. As I have become more "seasoned" (older LOL) in the industry, I have realized there are plenty of colleagues that have turned into friends and these are relationships I do not take for granted. Through The ShotCallers, The Call Your Own Shots Podcast is a perfect way for me to give these individuals their flowers, share gems on how they maneuvered through the industry and allow them to inspire to the next generation of sports & entertainment professionals.
