FICGN members Vidal Guzman, Kandra Clark, and Makeda Davis have made our participation in the Broadway Advocacy Coalition's Theater of Change so impactful and special. We're working with these members, our staff Brian Meegan and Terrell A. Blount, MPA, and NYC artists and law students to integrate artistry strategies into our work. We hope you'll keep in touch with us to learn more! In the meantime, please check out our Person First Pledge to understand more about the dehumanizing language so often used to describe people who are formerly incarcerated or system-impacted: https://lnkd.in/g5HiwNkx

We’re beyond grateful to two of FICGN's co-founders, Pamela Winn (GA) and Vincent Garrett (CA), along with Stanley Andrisse, MBA, PhD (MD), as they transition from their roles on our board after years of incredible service. As our longest-serving board members, these visionary leaders have been part of FICGN’s story from the very beginning—and their impact goes far beyond their formal roles. Your vision, dedication, and passion have shaped our community and work in countless ways. While your time on the board may be concluding, your influence and legacy will continue to inspire us as we carry forward the work you helped build. Thank you for everything you’ve done to grow and strengthen FICGN. We look forward to seeing the amazing work you’ll continue to do in the future!
