In witnessing the challenges my autistic nephew faced in finding purposeful and meaningful employment, I was inspired to make a difference. This led to the creation of The Steven Spectrum Career Project, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering the neurodiverse community through specialized workshops, training, and mentorship programs. Our mission is clear: to pave pathways toward fulfilling employment opportunities that celebrate diversity and harness unique strengths. If you or someone you know is neurodiverse and searching for workforce training in the NYC area, I warmly invite you to reach out. Together, we can explore possibilities, unlock potential, and build brighter futures. Let's connect and make meaningful work a reality for everyone. #Neurodiversity #Inclusion #Empowerment #CareerDevelopment
