    So thrilled to announce that I have started a new position as a BDR at Xensam ‼️ Today marks day 3, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have landed at this company. Everyone has been so welcoming, supportive and inviting! Xensam really practice what they preach when it comes to their values and culture, which I highly revere as it cultivates an environment for exponential growth!     Last year, I found myself at a turning point, searching for alignment and purpose—something many people experience. In that moment, I had a profound encounter with God, where He revealed the vision for what I was meant to build. That led to the creation of The Tech Level which launched on October 15th. Over the past year, we’ve helped about 200 people secure roles in technology at some of the world’s top companies, collectively generating over $2M in salaries and transforming lives. And this is just year one! I bootstrapped this company entirely from the ground up, with no investors and no external help—just by sharing information about technology online. My mission is to continue empowering our community, helping even more people learn about tech, land jobs in the industry, and build lasting wealth. God opened every door and provided every connection I needed along the way, and I’m beyond grateful. During a recent IG live session, I shared a helpful ChatGPT prompt to explore career paths in the tech industry: 👩💻 "what are the top jobs in technology for someone who wants to break in in 2024?"     Something I often observe in sales is the importance of self-work. While many focus on building skills to cultivate customer relationships, mastering relationships with oneself is equally crucial. Investing time in self-awareness helps in understanding how to communicate effectively with different personality types. Empathy plays a key role in sales, as it involves genuinely helping customers solve problems rather than just selling a product. Confidence is essential in sales. Overcoming limiting beliefs and exuding confidence is vital for building trust with customers and articulating solutions effectively. At The Tech Level when coaching individuals entering sales or new to their career, I prioritize instilling self-awareness, empathy, and confidence. These aspects are key in showing up as your best self in sales.
