During a recent trip to China, I met with many of our employees, customers and other key stakeholders. While there, I took part in our 20th annual China Distributor Conference with more than 60 of our channel partners in attendance. I witnessed incredible enthusiasm for The Timken Company’s local capabilities, diverse portfolio and the opportunities that lie ahead. After hearing so many thoughtful ideas and observations from our employees and other partners there, it’s clear that our success stems from close customer collaborations and ensuring we focus on China for China. I enjoyed visiting several of The Timken Company’s European locations, including our regional headquarters in Colmar, France, and facilities supporting our Rollon and Groeneveld-BEKA brands.   These newer additions to Timken are opening new end-market segments for our business and provide more growth potential. They broaden our portfolio of high-performance and customer-specific solutions, helping to increase our relevance.
