Learn more about Nataly below as we reflect on her unwavering dedication and hard work: What does your Hispanic heritage mean to you? Hispanic heritage month makes me appreciate of the sacrifice my parents made to uproot their whole life to give my sister and I access to better opportunities. It is important to me because it reminds me to take a step back to reflect on the importance of being proud of who I am. A reminder that our struggles don’t define us. What is your proudest career achievement? Being Nominated for a Stars of Nevada – Governor’s Points of Light Award. Because even when you think people aren’t watching what you do, they really are. What makes you most proud to be a Venetian? One of the things that truly makes me beam with pride to be a Venetian is the love we pour into our community. Whenever I see or hear about the impact, we are making with the different community partnerships we have I feel so proud to say I am a Venetian Team Member. Even more when I also get to be a part of it.

Viva México! 🇲🇽 Today, we celebrated Mexican Independence Day at The Venetian Resort with a surprise mariachi band performance for our Team Members. It was a vibrant and festive celebration of our diverse culture and community.

Meet Timothy Lewis, a committed and loyal team member who has been part of The Venetian Resort family for an incredible 22 years, working diligently on the overnight shift in our Security Department! Throughout his journey, Timothy has served in various roles, including Security Officer, Bike Officer, Field Training Officer (FTO), and Control Room Assistant Coordinator, always demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
