We are thrilled to announce that The Winters Group is now accepting session proposals and performance proposals for the upcoming virtual Justice for All Summit: The Power of Inclusion 2025, taking place April 22-24, 2025. This is your opportunity to inspire meaningful dialogue and action supporting equity, justice, and inclusion through your thought leadership and art. We are seeking innovative and impactful presentations and performances. Our standard session length is 60-minutes and includes housekeeping and time for Q&A (should you allow questions). Election day is fast-approaching, and it’s likely that anxieties and tensions are or will be running high in the coming days. While we are experiencing global crises and unprecedented polarization that are unlikely to subside any time soon, we would like to offer several strategies for managing stressors that may arise professionally and beyond the boardroom, in our communities. Fostering equity and justice means stepping away from the neutral “comfort zone” where many of us feel most at ease.
