Progress is moving right along for the new Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs locations, with crews working hard on both the Beach Express and Orange Beach sites. At the Orange Beach location we’re finishing up the underground utility work inside the building and prepping for exterior updates. Over at the Beach Express location, foundation pours, and trenching are underway to lay the groundwork for the new structure. Our team at The Grove at Seascape is hard at work, even through the night, completing the pool’s concrete pour. 🚧🌊 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄? Concrete pours are often done at night due to cooler temperatures and reduced humidity. This helps the concrete cure more evenly and prevents cracking, ensuring a stronger, more durable result.
