The Hope Group is excited to announce the launch of a new venture with Christian Egan, CMHC. Christian will be the Executive Director and co-owner of a new outpatient clinic in Taylorsville, Utah, named Influence Therapy & Coaching. Christian is well regarded in the therapeutic community and has spent his entire career in leadership roles at Alpine Academy in Erda, Utah. Our friends at Alpine have expressed sadness at his departure, a testament to the terrific working relationships Christian enjoys wherever he goes. Alpine wrote about this move by saying, “Alpine Academy is deeply grateful for Christian Egan and his dedication throughout the years.” They expressed happiness for him and this “exciting chapter in his legacy.” Christian will continue to serve and influence Alpine as a member of their Board of Directors. About this opportunity, Christian relates, "I am thrilled and grateful to partner with The Hope Group to develop a new venture to help address the vast mental health needs of individuals and families in the Salt Lake Valley. I have known and been impressed by the work of The Hope Group and its leadership team for many years and look forward to collaborating and creating healthy outcomes through Influence Therapy & Coaching. With over two decades in the mental health field, I am immensely thankful for the invaluable experiences and education gained through Utah Youth Village and Alpine Academy to prepare me for this opportunity, having worked directly with young children, extensively with adolescents, and hand-in-hand with parents throughout my career. Building on years as an executive director, I am eager and excited to assemble and lead a team of clinicians who will influence change in countless lives!" Influence Therapy & Coaching will be opening in July of 2024, in Taylorsville, Utah (849 Levoy Dr., Ste. 108). The outpatient clinic will focus on the needs of individuals, couples, and families, with an emphasis on parenting.
