The Hawaiʻi Community Foundation recently welcomed two new members to our Board of Governors! Meet Matt Beall and Jennine Sullivan. Matt Beall is CEO, co-owner, and co-founder of Hawaii Life, the leading residential real estate brokerage in both sales volume and number of luxury listings across the island chain, with more than 330 brokers and agents across 20 offices in Hawaiʻi. Jennine Sullivan is the executive director of The Pantry by Feeding Hawaii Together, the largest nonprofit e-commerce food distributor in Hawaiʻi, providing custom-packed fresh, diverse, nutritious food and household goods to more than 1,000 households every week. The HCF Board of Governors comprises respected community leaders who represent the rich diversity and broad interests of Hawai‘i. We are delighted to share our recent collaboration with The Pantry, a Hawai'i-based nonprofit. The Pantry by Feeding Hawaii Together, is the only e-commerce food pantry in the country that has been operating weekly, year-round, to provide free, nutritious food to the families of Hawaii for over 20 years. Our team designed a compelling booklet for supporters, providing them with a concise overview of The Pantry's impactful work within the community. 12,475 food items to help feed Hawaiʻi's hungry!   Our Souper Bowl Fundraiser donations have been picked up and are on their way to The Pantry by Feeding Hawaii Together! In this inaugural food drive, our team collected and donated 12,475 food items, including canned chili, Vienna sausage, beans, ramen, and soup that will help those in need. In addition to this, the ALTRES Foundation presented The Pantry a donation of $25,000 to further support their mission.
