You’re never going to win if you’re at war with yourself. A year ago today I shared my personal story on the TEDx stage. My talk was about my wakeup call 9 years ago and the reality of what happens when we let head trash, self doubt and the habit of comparing ourself to others run our life. We end up looking “successful” on the outside but feeling unfulfilled, alone and dead on the inside. Your feedback over the last 12 months has been overwhelming. Hundreds of you reached out to share how my talk resonated as you shared your own struggles of feeling trapped in the “WAR Room”. I was thrilled to get many comments on how you’re using the techniques I gave to shift out of the WAR Room and back into your WIN Room over and over again. The most recent feedback was from a CEO last week who said, “Your message was spot on with what I’ve been feeling”.
