Location: Alexandria (OUTDOOR) Job Description: •Perform export data entry •Adhere to regulatory requirements •Participate in training (primarily webinars) •Manage shipment/logistics of trade show materials which includes selection of freight forwarder, preparation of shipping labels, documentation, and handling paperwork and handoff to outbound freight forwarder • Promoting the company's services to existing customers. • Recording sales transactions in the records specified by the company. • Attracting new customers to deal with the company according to the existed policies. • Achieving the required sales goals. • Preparing in advance any papers or documents that the customer may need to make agreements • A detailed explanation of all the company's services • Handle customers’ complaints and problems, and reporting complaints and suggestions to the company's management. • Building relationships and continuous communication with existing and potential customers.
