Third Lake Development is pleased to announce the closing of a self-storage site in Osprey, FL (Sarasota MSA). February was a big month at Abrazo in Four Corners, Florida. We received water clearance and mobilized Duke energy to the site. Watching this site slowly develop into a place people will call home is so satisfying!

We are excited to announce the closing of a build-to-rent site in Palmetto, FL (Sarasota MSA). The site is equidistant to Tampa and St. Petersburg, and located right off of I-75. The project site is located within a new 288-acre mixed-use development, Robinson Gateway, which is set to include retail, office and hotel space, as well as a new $548 million BayCare hospital that will create approximately 600 jobs. Additionally, the site is less than five minutes to a Publix Super Market, ten minutes to Ellenton Premium Outlets and 15 minutes to Feld Entertainment, Inc., one of the largest employers in the area. The community will be called Abrazo at Robinson Gateway and plans to include 258 detached single-story and two-story homes. Each unit will have a private fenced-in backyard, 10’ ceilings on the main levels, soft-close cabinetry, kitchen pantries and smart home systems. Common area amenities will include a pickleball court, greenspace, entertainment kitchen, game areas, co-working spaces, private work pods, a gourmet coffee station, game lawn, walking paths, a pool with cabanas and hammocks, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park and grilling areas.
