Thrilled to see Ashwin Cheriyan champion Thistle’s mission at #HLTH2024 tackling the critical intersection of food, health, and sustainability for lasting impact 🎉
I had the chance last Tuesday to share the stage with Ricky Silver, Sherene Jagla, and Irina Pelphrey on a panel moderated by Nancy Trent at HLTH Inc. 2024 to speak to the audience about the work we are doing at Thistle to address the generational problem we face that lies at the intersection of food, health, and sustainability. The biggest takeaway for me was just how deeply connected each of our roles are in helping to work towards a common goal: helping to ensure that we are able to collectively guide our customers, members, clients, etc. to making choices that optimize for what is best for their health and the planet's health. Driving true behaviour change is far from easy, but doing so in a way that meets people where they are and in a manner that removes judgement and guilt is the only way to drive real and lasting change. Left the conference with a lot of inspired conversations and connections and looking forward to continuing many of those in the coming weeks and months.
