We’re proud to share that Thoma Bravo Managing Director Matt Gilbert was named to Business Insider’s list of Wall Street’s Rising Stars of 2024!   Matt Gilbert is a Managing Director on our Capital Markets team based in Miami. In his role, Matt works with banks, other PE firms, and direct lenders to secure financing that enables Thoma Bravo's dealmakers to make investments. Through relationships with about 150 banks and direct lenders, he has led the industry with pioneering financing structures — such as utilizing private debt markets — to arrange more than $84 billion in total funded debt since 2018.
