I want to honor my parents' dedication and hard work throughout this project as they have remained steadfast on the vision and have not wavered on the quality! It is a blessing to be able to work with them! Thank you Serra P. Hall for your support, being an advocate for the Covington community, and for helping us understand if this master plan could become a reality! Thank you Thomas & Hutton specifically Ryan Thompson, Ralph Forbes, and Jeff Halliburton who prepared all the civil engineering for the horizontal infrastructure for Covington Town Center which took a great deal of perseverance and patience over the last 9 1/2 years! At build out, the project will be a $400 million investment in the community, provide 950 jobs, and attract 34,000 vehicular trips per day. This project has also been a testament of the goodness of the Lord because He showed up in so many ways throughout this process!
