Corgan designed a massive data center for Skybox Datacenters on the former Memorex site in Silicon Valley. The building not only offers much-needed critical computation infrastructure to the region but also celebrates the history and evolution of technology and tells the story of the pioneer in data storage technology. Irma Reiner, NCARB, a senior specifier on Corgan’s technical design services team, is taking on an additional role as co-chair of the new Texas chapter of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), representing Dallas and the surrounding region. We’re thrilled to have won the "Best Kidtastic Saturday Morning Cartoon" award for our "Galve-Stone Getaway" design, inspired by the beloved Flintstones. After more than 7 months of planning and design, our team's efforts paid off last weekend at East Beach. The creativity, hard work, and teamwork of over 75 participants made the day a huge success. We were pleased to host the Dallas cohort of the Metropolis Magazine Arch30 at Corgan's HQ. The Arch30 program recognizes the next generation of leadership in architecture, with leading firms in a city identifying their top talent under the age of 30.

Not every facility that needs improvements has the budget for a full overhaul, so improving users’ satisfaction requires a strategic approach. Corgan’s research and innovation team, Hugo sought a system to employ data to evaluate the user experience, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations that can help clients optimize their facility.
