    Another great event from #BMMU event by Treena Clarke. One stand out was from IPA exploring the power of consistency in branding – a principle that’s not just timeless but proven to drive results. Start with a big idea, and let it carry your brand for years to come. Take Yorkshire Tea as an example: a single idea has supported their brand for nearly 20 years. From the IPA, we know that consistent brands see ads that work twice as hard, with a 5-year study across 56 brands, 4,164 cross-channel ads, and £3.3bn in TV spend showing that consistency drives 27% more growth.     Location, location, location. People, people, people. One of the things we value is the opportunity to meet and work with great people. Our team has recently been out, filming and capturing photography for an upcoming Danske Bank campaign. But beyond the production process, it’s always a fantastic opportunity to connect with people. People are at the core of everything we do. They spark every idea, influence every design, and ultimately shape the best creative work. When you immerse yourself in an environment and connect directly with the people you’re aiming to engage, you unlock better solutions and uncover insights that are difficult to find from behind a screen.     Congratulations, Treena Clarke on an excellent night at the Remarkable Awards! We were thrilled to sponsor two of the awards. It was wonderful catching up with friends and colleagues. We were especially delighted to have our agency friend and collaborator, the three-time black D&AD pencil winner walter campbell , join us.     Because Danske Bank offers multiple career options, we worked with them to create a campaign based on the belief that finding the right path doesn't always happen on the first try. Our idea looked to communicate their squiggle career initiative by encouraging colleagues to explore different opportunities, as you stand a better chance of discovering yourself if you take a few twists and turns along the way.
