Last year we were privileged to work with Danske Bank on an international project to highlight the persistent problem of inequity in the workplace. Our insight focused on the fact that when it comes to delivering equity for at least half of the workforce, many employers fall short.   Our focus is not just on highlighting this issue but on initiating a transformative change. The concept was straightforward, ‘Level the playing field in the workplace’.   To bring this idea to life, we crafted a series of thought-provoking visuals based on working environments, each set on a distinct incline. This vivid imagery serves as a metaphor for the uphill battle many face in the pursuit of workplace equity, a reminder that while the goal of equality is universal, the journey towards it is still far from uniform.   #InspireInclusion #IWD2024
