Last week, Thrive Living was proud to join local, state and community leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of 5035 Coliseum, our latest project in South Los Angeles. Developed on underutilized land, this mixed-use project will provide 800 workforce and low-income apartment units in addition to the area’s first Costco Wholesale. Together the project provides an important housing-jobs-retail balance for the community.
