Cofounders Emily Grant and Jessica Viola are on a mission to enhance the health and productivity of employees by cultivating a one of a kind experience that brings motivational dance workouts straight to the office. No fitness center on site? No sweat! (unless you want there to be). Workouts can be tailored to any space (including deskside!) and fitness level, with optional in-house DJ. Whether you' re looking for a morning jump start or a much-needed midday pick-me-up, Timeless Moves enables office professionals to dance their way into an upbeat, engaging and motivating place. The result? Happier, healthier employees.
