Thank you to everyone who attended our YRF Gala 2024 last night! 🌟🥂 Youth Renewal Fund is strongly committed to the future of Israel: we invest in innovative education throughout Israel's most underserved communities to improve social mobility. It means so much to us for our community to come together for such an special evening. Thank you to the over 300 guests who joined us! It was our privilege to honor Darca Schools through our theme of "Rebuilding Through Education," recognizing the 48 schools within our network, and paying homage to the 27,500 incredible students who will form Israel’s next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers. As you heard, Darca schools situated on the edge of conflict are fighting to rebuild after October 7th. We must unite to help them by harnessing the power of education to heal and transform. Together, we can restore hope, rebuild our communities, and ensure a brighter future for Israel. The program was filled with a inspirational remarks from dedicated members of our YRF family: YRF Founding Member and Chairman, Marc Rowan, YRF Board President, Paul Schnell, YRF CEO, Dr. Gil Pereg, and YRF Board Member, Jordana Grunfeld. We are already looking forward to next year’s YRF Gala! Thank you for your continued partnership.

What an amazing day! For the first time, YRF joined the @jcrcny_israeldayonfifth Celebrate Israel Parade in support of Darca Schools! 🇮🇱 As the sun shined down on Fifth Ave, 35 members of our YRF Community walked, sang, danced, and celebrated Israel, alongside 100,000 other marchers. The experience was truly incredible and reminded us that even in the darkest of times, we are not alone. Am Yisrael Chai — The People of Israel LIVE! 💙

On Saturday night, over 80 members of our Young Leadership Community in Los Angeles joined us for our YRF LA Benefit 2024. ⚽️🇮🇱🥂 It was a truly special evening at BMO Stadium, as we watched the Los Angeles Football Club vs. Vancouver Whitecaps game from premium North End Terrace seats, attended a pre-reception with remarks from YRF Co-Founder & LAFC Lead Managing Owner, Bennett Rosenthal, participated in a Darca Trivia Challenge, Raffle, Online Auction, & more! And, thanks to your generosity, we raised critical dollars for Darca Mekif H' High School in Ashkelon! Thank you to all guests who attended, our Host Committee, as well as our Online Auction bidders, and our LA-based YRF Leadership.   It was inspiring to hear about their commitment to YRF and Darca, and their hard work is a demonstration of why our YRF community is so dedicated to our mission of improving education for underserved youth in Israel. Now more than ever, our Darca students and communities need our continued support. As guests heard from our speakers, Darca Mekif H’ High School in Ashkelon is Darca’s largest high school with over 1,600 students of diverse backgrounds, displaying academic achievement year after year. Unfortunately, due to its close proximity to the Gaza border, Mekif H' is experiencing acute and significant challenges as the war continues in Israel — the school has faced damage due to rocket-fire, as well as tragedy and loss. In these trying times of war, destruction, and worldwide antisemitism, it has never been more important for our YRF community to come together and bring some much-needed light to our Darca students, and we are deeply grateful to have had such a successful evening in honor of this school. This past weekend in Houston, TX, RoboActive Team #2096 from Darca Zinman High School in Dimona, Israel attended the 2024 International Robotics Competition for High School Students! 🤖 Their incredible team consisted of 37 students from 10-12th grades, (46% of whom were girls!), and 9 mentors who were almost all team alumni. As well, Team #2096 was joined by a cohort of YRF Leadership, who traveled to show their support and cheer on the students 😊 The students displayed their passion, ingenuity, intelligence, enthusiasm, and determination at the competition, and their hard work paid off — Team #2096 won majority of their rounds and placed in the top half of 75 inernational teams that competed! Mazel Tov; we are so proud of you! 🏆 They are also the only team to have won the prestigious 'Engineering Inspiration Award' 4 times! The award celebrates outstanding success in advancing respect and appreciation within a team's school, organization, or community. Amazingly, Team #2096 has completed a whopping 40+ community service projects! 🫂 We are continually inspired by the achievements made by such remarkable students, who will surely go on to become changemakers in their Dimona community, as well as the future pioneers, engineers, scientists, and researchers for both the State of Israel & the world at large. We can’t wait to see what’s next for them! 🇮🇱 Thank you to everyone who helped YRF to support Team #2096’s trip to Houston this year. We appreciate your partnership! 💙
