Our latest #greenenergy initiative includes the inauguration of a 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐍 𝐙𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐧𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚. This investment not only advances TITAN's Green #Growth #Strategy 2026 but also cements our commitment to a cleaner, more #sustainable future. ☀️The newly operational solar plant is set to supply 14% of the plant's annual power needs with clean, renewable energy. Surplus energy will be fed into the national grid, further boosting Bulgaria's transition to sustainable energy in line with the #EUGreenDeal. ☀️This facility is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 3,000 tonnes each year and has the potential for future expansion. In #1H2024, TITAN achieved robust #sales #growth, increased #profitability and further strengthened its balance sheet position. We recently concluded a fantastic 2-day workshop on the TITAN “𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧” #commercial #transformation project, bringing together the vibrant commercial community from across our Europe & EMED regions, in Athens, Greece. This project, part of the $6.3 billion Industrial Demonstrations Program, is expected to reduce CO2 emissions by up to 40%, showcasing a significant #decarbonization lever.   ➡️ 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐇𝐮𝐛: TITAN America is actively involved in the South Florida ClimateReady Tech Hub, a collaboration aimed at commercializing and scaling resilient #infrastructure using #lowcarbon #cement and #concrete. This initiative, supported by a $19.5 million funding award from the U.S. Department of Commerce, combines innovation, decarbonization, and place-based economic development. Another step towards #netzero! 🌍🌱 Titan America is proud to be actively involved in the South Florida Climate Ready Tech Hub, which has been awarded $19.5 million in #funding from the US Department of Commerce to scale up #lowcarbon #concrete, enhance #3Dprinting, and advance #sustainableinfrastructure in #Miami, Florida, USA. In partnership with Florida International University (FIU) and the University of Miami, this funding will propel our joint mission to lead the industry’s #transformation through sustainable and innovative #technologies for a more sustainable future.   The funding was announced by Miami-Dade Mayor Levine Cava and Assistant Commerce Secretary Alejandra Y. Castillo at the FIU engineering and computing campus.
