The 2024-2025 Tokio Marine Next Generation Leadership Program has officially commenced! The program’s first offsite in Jersey City, NJ included an overview of the Tokio Marine Group strategy, debriefing 360 evaluation assessments, an inclusive leadership workshop, and further development planning. Participants also enjoyed exciting teambuilding activities, such as an NYC scavenger hunt and a sushi-rolling workshop. Twelve companies within the Group were represented, including First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Philadelphia Insurance Companies, PURE Insurance, Reliance Matrix, Tokio Marine America, Tokio Marine HCC International, Tokio Marine Management Australasia, TMNAS, TM Newa, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., Tokio Marine Seguradora, and TMX. Participants are now gearing up for their second offsite in March in Tokyo, Japan!

Happy Halloween! 🎃 Our Bala Cynwyd employees designed motivational bookmarks and custom bookplates which will accompany elementary school books that will soon be donated to children in our community! Embracing the Halloween spirit, our employees dressed up in imaginative costumes, bringing festive energy and creativity to each design. We’re proud to support future generations of readers with this fun and meaningful initiative!

TMNAS has been participating in the Drexel University Co-op Program for over 12 years, and we’re pleased to hire many of our interns back as full-time employees. We’re excited to share the stories of three of those interns who found their dream jobs at TMNAS through the Drexel University Co-op Program! 👏 The Drexel University Co-op Program allows students to work up to three full-time positions for six months alternating with taking classes. This fantastic opportunity helps students explore various career paths, gain valuable experiences, and learn crucial skills outside of the classroom! The past few weeks have been memorable for the TMNAS team, to say the least! Last week the Tokio Marine Group held its first ever Global Women’s Conference in Tokyo Japan, with 60 women and allies from 33 Tokio Marine Group companies attending. Some members of TMNA Services helped support the conference (Dr. Christine Murphy Hernandez, Juliana Bush, Rachel Kimmel, Lexie Rutt, Bethany Sawhill), while others had the pleasure of being participants, including our very own HR Manager, Paige Liscka, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and Enterprise Architect, Nina Wong! Participants had the opportunity to hear from senior Tokio Marine leaders, engage in meaningful discussions around women empowerment and DE&I in the workplace, and connect with global colleagues. This is an exciting step to further advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at TMNAS and the Tokio Marine Group! We're proud of our team’s hard work in orchestrating this special event and we look forward to hearing more about Paige and Nina's experience!
