Tokarski Millemann Architects received a unanimous approval from the Wall Township Planning Board on an administrative approval for a façade upgrade project on our office building. When we moved in in 2017 we had renovated the interior to a modern design aesthetic. However, the exterior renovation lagged because we got busy servicing our clients. We inadvertently created a “wow” effect from clients when they came to the office. They were so impressed with the interior which was clean and modern, which did not match the exterior of a former teacher’s supply store. The new façade will not only support new signage in support of our brand, but the architecture will speak to the modern design aesthetic we are known for. Finally, we can create “the everyday exceptional” for our team members and clients.
