Today we travel back to Bozeman 5 - this time to honor Zada in the spotlight! Zada is Grocery Merchandiser primo and has been rockin' the job for about 18 months, so she is just getting the fabulousness established! In fact Zada is so amazing, multiple people wanted to ensure she received the recognition she so deserves! 🏆 And of course to recharge, Zada has numerous hobbies outside of work... all of which add up to a diagnosis of 🗻 full-fledged outdoor enthusiast. Zada.... a number of folks discussed this and together decided that your dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to help others make you a valuable asset to Team Town Pump. Collectively, we're extra excited to see where this ship takes you! Sky's the limit. 🌤️

Tonight's Spotlight Employee post takes us to the Bitterroot where we get to meet Kathrin, who holds down the overnight shift at Hamilton 1. While much of the world sleeps, Kathrin stays busy, taking the time to get to know her regular customers and their preferences in order to provide the best service possible. It really takes a special person to thrive in the wee hours, 🌃 and we want to salute that trait in Kathrin. Working overnight can be a tough experience for some folks, but it's clear that overnights are Kathrin's time to ✨shine✨! All this is not to say she doesn't get to experience daytime too. You may just find Kathrin on her day off 🥾 hiking and enjoying the scenic wonders of the Bitterroot or cracking open a good 📖 book. Randy, the store manager, really has praise upon praise for Kathrin and her demeanor. Honestly, there's a lot of love flowing over in Hamilton and we're thrilled to join in! Thanks a bunch for your disposition and dependability, Kathrin! We're super excited to see where your career takes you with us at Town Pump!

Meet Mackinzie, exemplary bookkeeper extraordinaire at our Billings 12 location! She's only been a part of the Town Pump family for ⏲️ 6 months, but in the spirit of 'Teamwork Makes the Dream Work' she hustles and doesn't back down from a learning or growth opportunity... shining as a star 🌠 already! When she's not counting cash or keeping the office ✨sparkling clean✨ you might locate her outdoors, hanging with her 🐶 furry friend, making sure her home is also 🧹 sparkling clean, or spending time with loved ones. Store Manager Dana raves about the joy Mackinzie brings to the team. Thanks for all your hard work, Mackinzie! We can't wait to see what the 🔮 future holds for you with Town Pump!

Meet Justice, an awesome Assistant Manager at Town Pump Missoula #3 — the busy Exxon on the northeast corner of Mullan & Reserve. She's been learning and growing at Town Pump for almost a year and is totally killing it in her role. When she's not busy crocheting or hanging out with her friends, you may just find her behind the counter, joking around with customers, and making her store feel like a home away from home. Manager Jenny (a previous spotlight employee herself) trusts Justice to handle business during those evenings after Jenny heads home. That speaks volumes about Justice's performance and dependability. Do you hear all the fanfare? 👏🏻 Thanks for being such a 🎸 rockstar, Justice! ⭐️ 

Montana! Meet Jeannette — the sunny smile at the helm of Town Pump Big Timber 1 (the Exxon location)! 🎉 With two years' service under her belt, she's rocking in the manager role. Talk about well-rounded... Jeannette's a camping, working, family-loving superstar. 🏕️💼👨👩👧👦 Her secret to success? An amazing team and customers who make every day an adventure! 💪🤩 Mindy, our District Manager, raves about Jeannette's dedication and the positive vibes she brings to the store. Keep up the fantastic work, Jeannette! 👏

Meet Jericha, Town Pump Billings 12's resident organization queen 👑 and all-around go-getter! ✨ With 3 years of merchandising with a mischievous smile under her belt, she's the mastermind behind those perfectly aligned, faced, and rotated aisles at our Zimmerman Trail store. When she's not wrangling snacks and displays or pitching in in the deli as needed, you can probably find her nose deep in a book. 📚 Store manager Dana says Jericha makes one heck of a helper. We all know that helpful folks are top tier! Thanks for all your hard work and reliability, Jericha! Enjoy basking in this spotlight. You've earned it!

Meet Sherri, our amazing Assistant Manager at Town Pump Bozeman 5 (Four Corners)! 🎉 Sherri has been a cornerstone of our team for 7 years, wearing many hats (literally and figuratively) 🎩🎓⛑️ from clerk to bookkeeper and everything in between. These days she also teaches Responsible Alcohol Sales & Service to future spotlight employees who are joining the team. When she's not busy mastering the art of multitasking, you can find her exploring Montana's great outdoors, snapping photos 📷, or hanging with friends and family. We’re so lucky to have her! Tonight’s spotlight employee is Tina and she’s a mover and shaker in the Gallatin Valley. Most recently she held a post at our Belgrade 1 store... until it was time to close that store for rebuilding. Now she’s helping prep Bozeman 9 for its upcoming opening. As the grocery manager for this new store, Tina will be responsible for a big footprint. District Manager Rachel, who nominated Tina for the spotlight, knows that Tina has what it takes. Through her 10 years working with us at Town Pump, Tina has determined that she loves coming up with fun ideas, training up the newbies, and helping out at other stores. Tina also has plenty of hobbies outside of work. Most importantly, she likes getting in quality family time and cruising in their '87 Monte Carlo. We’re so grateful for you, Tina! Thanks for all you do to elevate our customers’ experiences in the valley!

A little late, but we are here to celebrate Karla, who has been with Town Pump for over 32 glorious years. She received this glowing nomination for the spotlight from Mary — a District Manager who has also enjoyed a storied career with us. Truly takes one to know one. Mary says that Karla and her team just consistently run the store like a well-oiled machine. So if ever you have a chance to stop by the NW Bypass Town Pump location, maybe you'll run into Karla just vibing with her team, making customers' days, and doing her thing.... unless she and her dogs are off on a Missoula or lake adventure, of course. 🚘 🐶 Karla, color us impressed at your dedication and knowledge. We are in awe and filled with gratitude at your service. Keep on doing the most!
