The Project Advisor Group was brought on board as the Owner’s Representative to guide our client through the final stages of planning and design, all the way to project completion. With our client's vision and design intent at the forefront, our first priority was to develop a master schedule and outline the project budget. A key challenge for this project was completing it within Fisher Island’s limited 6-month construction season. This required swift action on permitting, alongside a thorough and strategic bidding process to select a general contractor capable of meeting the project's parameters. Throughout construction, we held weekly OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings, ensuring the schedule and budget remained on track. Regular site visits allowed us to review progress, offer strategic guidance, and resolve any unforeseen conditions quickly. We’re proud to say this project was delivered two months ahead of schedule! The success was driven by careful planning, seamless coordination by our team at TPA Group, and the collaboration of a fantastic design and construction team. The result? A beautifully finished kitchen that reflects our commitment to detail and excellence.
