Could these be due to more eyeballs on the platform as the election cycle heats up? ↓ CTRs on TikTok are down slightly MoM, perhaps due to younger users engaging less on the platform while in school. → Pinterest is seeing strong YoY growth in CTRs, but CPMs are down, suggesting that advertisers are not taking full advantage of the platform.
