Learning/teaching never ends. Grateful for Dr. Daniel Hafez for spending a Saturday sharing his pearls of endoscopic spine surgery with our faculty here. It’s in these intimate sessions that much is learned and our patients benefit. Special shout out to elliquence and TrackX Technology, Inc. for sponsoring this great event. David Huie Deb Bhowmick

While surgeon training is a top priority at TrackX, creating impactful and valuable training for our distribution and sales networks is just as important to our team. We are so excited to have Brandi Talley leading our education department! Welcome to the TrackX distribution team, Griffin Rydin. Good things to come! #TrackX #realtime #imageguidance #surgery #spinesurgery #technology #MISsurgery #medtech #spinesurgeons #education #teaching #medtechsales

What a great day doing what we do best: tracking instruments, teaching fellow surgeons and reducing radiation in MIS procedures that would normally have significant radiation requirements. Thank you to Dr. Muhammad Abd-El-Barr MD PhD FAANS and our TrackX team, Rachel Lensch and Justin Robran, for spearheading a live surgical demo, technical lab session, and podium presentation on TrackX and Endoscopic applications at the Seattle Spine Foundation's Endoscopic meeting! #TrackX #realtime #imageguidance #surgery #spinesurgery #technology #MISsurgery #medtech #spinesurgeons #endoscopy #endoscopicspine #misspinesurgery #minimallyinvasive

You're efficient and skilled and been doing spine surgery for a long time. As Alex Thomas puts it,"Why would you adopt TrackX?" Thomas continues, "there should always be a drive to make things better. Surgery has a tremendous amount of occupational hazards. If there's a way for me to do this as efficiently as I am doing it now and maybe even more efficiently AND I can get the radiation down to a fraction of what I was getting exposed to before, why wouldn't I do that for me and everyone in the room and my patient as well?" #TrackX #realtime #imageguidance #surgery #spinesurgery #technology #MISsurgery #medtech #spinesurgeons #healthcaretechnology #medicalimaging #fluoroscopy #minimallyinvasive #spinesurgery #robotics #endoscopy #surgery #neurosurgery #spine #education #lab #asc #surgerycenter #patient #patientexperience

Thank you BONEZONE Magazine | OMTEC Expo for the article in the latest June issue. Unlike traditional fluoroscopy and robotic navigation systems, which can be cumbersome and expensive, TrackX seamlessly integrates into existing surgical workflows. By attaching sensors to conventional surgical instruments, surgeons can use familiar tools while benefiting from real-time navigation guidance. This integration results in greater accuracy, substantial time savings and over 90% reduction in radiation exposure compared to standard fluoroscopy, according to Robert Isaacs, M.D.. #spinesurgery #navigation #imageguidance #robotics #surgery #surgerycenter #solution #trackxtechnology #radiationreduction https://lnkd.in/ggjtyh8f

TrackX is an excellent solution and accompaniment for endoscopic spine procedures! One of the disadvantages of minimally-invasive spine surgery is its increased dependence on ionizing radiation to help surgeons know where they are and where they are going to be. Ionizing radiation is dangerous to our patients, our OR staff, our trainees and ourselves. To help solve this problem, we have made extensive use of novel fluoro-based instrument tracking technology TrackX Technology, Inc.. We have used this in all types of minimally-invasive spine surgery from pedicle screw placement, endoscopic spine spine surgery, SI fusion and lateral interbody fusion. This is a short video clip of using this technology in biportal endoscopic spine surgery. This technology helps with triangulating your working and viewing channels and also to make sure that you have done an adequate contralateral decompression. Looking forward to discussing the use of this technology at the upcoming 10th Annual MIS Spine Symposium, hosted by Seattle Science Foundation. Looking forward to learning from my colleagues. Thank you Christoph Hofstetter, Paul Park Paul J. Holman, MD for kind invite. Registration link: https://lnkd.in/eZKj-b3y Note – I am a paid consultant for @TrackX

We love seeing our surgeon users taking the opportunity to teach tried and true techniques but now with the assistance of TrackX's instrument tracking technology. Creating a better working environment with less radiation exposure and increased efficiency from the start! Thank you Muhammad Abd-El-Barr MD PhD FAANS and team for sharing. #radiationreduction #spinesurgery #imageguidance #2Dnavigation #education #neurosurgery #MISspine
The OR is a stressful environment. It’s always great to have the opportunity to spend time with Duke Neurosurgery junior residents getting hands-on training in an stress-free environment. They are learning how to use state of the art navigation and how to place percutaneous pedicle screws, enter Kambin’s triangle and prone lateral surgery on plastic models on a Wednesday afternoon. Thanks to Dr. Allie Raghavan, senior resident for setting this up. #mentorshipmatters #education #minimallyinvasivespinesurgery
