About us

We’re trade experts who care about your results. As the leading provider of trade finance automation, connectivity and transaction management services, we have been trusted by over 1,500 Exporters to process over USD 160 billion trade transactions since 1999. We succeed because we are passionate about using our expertise, technology and relationships to optimize your results — whether that’s for existing paper-based trade transactions or for building the automation and connectivity required for tomorrow’s digital trade world. Our cloud-based platform TradeSharp™ digitizes, automates and connects a wide range of trade finance instruments and transaction flows to simplify the creation, delivery and management of trade documents and data for Corporates, Banks, Buyers, Suppliers, and Logistics Providers. To enhance connectivity, TradeBridge API provides a vital link between Bank and Exporter platforms for digital delivery of original trade documents and data. By delivering these directly to the back-office systems of the world’s major Banks, we eliminate the need for them to touch or manage paper documents, reducing costs and processing times for all parties and enabling Banks to scale their trade finance services. In addition to our technology solutions, our global team of trade experts in 16 offices across Asia, EMEA and North America provide a range of tech-enabled services that optimize transaction processing and instantly improve cashflow, visibility and forecasting. This unique blend of solutions simplifies and constantly improves your trade journey by optimizing processes, eliminating errors, minimizing risk and accelerating payment. We also ensure accountability and end-to-end visibility by tracking and measuring every part of the process with real time reporting on your results, all leading to our customers being consistently paid faster and more reliably with lower costs.
