Triad uses a Construction Data Network to post client projects online for greater visibility. While this does not preclude the legal advertisement we post in the local paper, many contractors use online data networks to find projects. Having more bidders creates a competitive environment resulting in more competitive bids. With QuestCDN Triad can post a summary of the project, upload the Bid Set and any addenda, and manage plan holder information online and easily. In this way Triad can better serve our clients by having up-to-date plan holder reports at our fingertips. Stay tuned for two new Community Crossings projects soon to be advertised and uploaded to QuestCDN. Here is how a potential bidder can gain access to uploaded projects: https://lnkd.in/gfCtB8Sv
