  • This year, Triversity Construction is celebrating its 20th Anniversary! To mark this milestone, we’re reflecting on our journey and the projects that have helped us build a better way, together with our partners in Cincinnati. As part of our ongoing celebration, we're excited to highlight our Corporate Tower Renovation project and retail centers with Fifth Third Bank! Our work with Fifth Third in the Cincinnati region began in 2018 and includes the downtown headquarters and retail branches at CVG, Xenia, Milford and our latest in Avondale. We're grateful for the partnership and opportunity to serve Fifth Third Bank as they help individuals, families, businesses, and communities grow through smart financial services that improve lives. Stay tuned for more highlights as we continue to celebrate throughout the year!

  • At Triversity, we don’t just celebrate Women in Construction Week – we invest in it. Recently, we gathered our team for a transformative, hands-on workshop designed to elevate voices, enhance communication skills, and create lasting impact in both our personal and professional lives. It wasn’t just another training session; it was an immersive experience that provided attendees with a step-by-step framework for owning their influence and expressing it with confidence, authenticity, and clarity. This workshop is just one part of our ongoing commitment to developing employees who are not only equipped with the technical skills but also with the communication and leadership tools necessary to make a positive impact. It’s all about building confident voices, stronger leaders, and a better industry. The session was led by Patrice Borders, JD - International Emotional Intelligence Consultant, whose expertise and passion for emotional intelligence ignited powerful discussions, guided self-reflection, and gave practical tools to navigate the challenges women face in the industry. #WomenInConstruction #AmplifyYourImpact #BuildingTheFuture

  • It's not official until there's a groundbreaking! Triversity has officially begun construction on a new Fifth Third Bank branch in Avondale. We're thrilled to partner with Fifth Third Bank, BHDP Architecture and CBRE to bring this project to life, marking the end of a five-year absence of a bank branch in the community. Opening in late summer or early fall in the Avondale Town Center, the 2,024-square-foot space will give Avondale residents access to digital services and the opportunity to connect with Fifth Third employees for support with more complex banking needs, all while fostering positive change in a historically underinvested neighborhood. We're thrilled to be part of this transformational project! A big thank you to Fifth Third Bank for your continued investment in Avondale's future and for bringing us along on this journey.

  • Triversity Construction's Risk & Compliance Department recently had the pleasure of hosting students from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business for a company visit. It was an opportunity to showcase Triversity Construction, provide insights into Risk & Compliance, and share valuable career advice through an employee panel. Our speaker, Ryan Dunlap, Triversity’s Chief Operating Officer, provided a company overview, laying the foundation for an engaging and insightful presentation. A special thank you to our panelists—Mike Wise, Courtney Hatfield, and Latasha Solaris for sharing their experiences and offering students a deeper understanding of working at Triversity, developing essential skills, and the hands-on learning opportunities our co-ops receive. We also want to thank Weston Atchison, MSOL, the Associate Director of the Lindner Career Services Center, and Abigail Charlton, the President of Gamma Iota Sigma, Gamma Chapter, for supporting this event. Engaging with the next generation of business leaders is always rewarding, and we’re proud to foster strong connections between industry and education while highlighting our Co-op Program. Thank you Benjamin Seid, Drew Varda, Robin Bischoff and Max Homan from our team for planning this event.
