Construction of Xavier Jesuit Academy is complete and welcomed its inaugural class of students earlier this month! Located in Bond Hill, this newly renovated learning space allows 45 scholarship-funded students, between third and fifth grade, to embark on a transformative journey, ensuring a solid foundation for their future, and eventually developing students into great men for others. It’s also the only Jesuit elementary school in Cincinnati! Our team, serving as construction manager for the project, completed demolition, renovation, and modernization of the existing space and new construction of an atrium and entrance, elevator shaft, site work improvements, and more. This new school includes open concept classrooms, an expansive multi-purpose room that will also serve as a gymnasium, a cafeteria and kitchen upgrade, a fully-equipped STEM lab, and space for a fine arts program, health and wellness initiatives, and a lush urban learning garden. Last week, Triversity held its 3rd annual Community Impact Week! During this event, our employees had the opportunity to spend part of their week contributing to the communities where we live and work, reflecting our commitment to making a positive impact. This year, we collaborated with four different organizations, offering support in various ways. Those organizations included Hoxworth Blood Center, New Life Furniture Bank, Scholar House (Her Cincinnati), and Cincinnati Animal Care. Our team members helped by walking dogs, cleaning up trash, hosting a building workshop for kids, painting, and donating several supplies. Together, our team: • built 25 tables, • saved 60 lives through blood donation, • volunteered over 120 hours, • collected 15 lbs. of trash, • donated 430+ lbs. of clothes Thank you to our team members for donating their time and resources to these incredible organizations and for the organizations that allowed us the serve them. #positiveimpact

A big thank you to the amazing team at Triversity Construction for their incredible volunteer efforts last week! 🙌 They built 25 tables in our warehouse and packed 20 linen bags to help us support our mission. So far in 2024, we've delivered over 3,000 tables to families in need. On average, we build 30-40% of the tables we deliver. While this is significant, we also rely on donated furniture, reinforcing the power of community contributions. Almost V’Gan Lounge (@avlounge513), an eatery for health-conscious consumers looking for more variety on the dining scene, recently celebrated its soft opening at 34 E. Court Street with a private ribbon cutting ceremony. Beginning at 2PM tomorrow, the restaurant will celebrate its grand opening – and everyone is invited. Located in Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC)’s Court Street Condos project, the 2,200-square-foot space features a restaurant with bottle service on one side and an upscale bar and lounge on the other. Recognizing the lack of options for folks with alternative diets when dining out, owners Jarvis Shaw and Sean Reed decided to open AV Lounge to fill the void. The menu caters to a variety of lifestyles and tastes, offering a fusion of vegan & traditional cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, & signature drinks. For every traditional menu item, Almost V’Gan offers a similar vegan pairing. For instance, the menu includes jackfruit or pot roast tacos, grilled tofu or salmon sliders and grilled watermelon salad, among many other unique offerings. Shaw and Reed worked with City Studios Architecture and Triversity Construction on the design and buildout of the space, which features deep but vibrant colors, gold accents and wallpaper ceilings. The lounge-style atmosphere gives it a relaxing vibe that makes patrons want to sit back and stay awhile. AV Lounge will be open Thursday through Sunday, serving lunch and dinner Thursday through Saturday, as well as brunch on Sundays. The hours will vary daily, as listed below: • Thursday: 11AM – 10PM • Friday: 11AM – 12AM • Saturday: 12PM – 12AM • Sunday: 1PM – 10PM The kitchen will close at 9 PM, but the bar will remain open.
