    At Tropicana Brands Group, we're wired for action and innovation 🚀 By adopting an agile, faster-paced approach to innovation, we've streamlined our processes and systems to better identify the Jobs to be Done so that we can better serve our customers and bring consumers what they really want. Through that work, we know people are craving afternoon refreshment and passionate about their lemonades. As such, we’ve been on a mission to develop THE best-tasting lemonade and are thrilled to share that we think we’ve done it! Our beverage lineup continues to grow at TBG with the launch of Tropicana Lemonades. Through leveraging the power of consumer insights, we discovered that people crave a homemade lemonade experience with the taste of fresh squeezed of lemons. We then took that knowledge and used our TBG grit to conduct a Design of Experiment and develop the lemonade consumers were craving. The result? The perfect blend of tart, sweet, and pulpy goodness, made with real lemons and real cane sugar. The two refreshingly delicious flavors, Classic Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade, were crafted in just nine months without compromising the quality and taste that people expect from Tropicana. Great insights, tools, capabilities and an agile way of working were critical to unlock these innovations in record time. Tropicana Lemonades are rolling out to store shelves now, so keep an eye out – we promise you won’t want to miss it!     Did you know that 1.3 billion tons of food goes uneaten globally every year, and of that amount, millions of pounds of waste is thrown away? At Tropicana Brands Group, we’re actively working to minimize waste. At our Bradenton facility, our oranges are not only used to make delicious juice; we also find ways to utilize the whole orange. We repurpose orange peels into animal feed, and extract orange peel oil, which is utilized in both food products and industrial solvents. Additionally, pulp is then efficiently extracted and reintegrated into our range of pulped finished products. Overall, this practice ensures an effective use of resources that might otherwise be discarded. Through these initiatives, we’re illustrating our commitment to incorporating smart thinking, using efficient practices, and leveraging new technology to support sustainable agriculture within TBG’s global supply chain.🍊

    🌟Meet Jackie Doppen, our Director of Partnerships 🌟  📍 Based in Chicago, Illinois As Director of Partnerships, Jackie drives the acceleration of our tea and coffee portfolios in the US & Canada. It’s a highly collaborative role, partnering with the North American Coffee Partnership and Pepsi Lipton Partnership joint ventures to grow renowned brands such as Starbucks and Pure Leaf. ☕🍵 She really enjoys that every day is different at TBG, and that there are an incredible number of opportunities to make an impact on the business. She says the collaboration and ingenuity demonstrated by her colleagues make it possible to make big changes in a short amount of time. She has found it to be inspiring and a great learning opportunity to see TBG stand up a new organization, hit the ground running, and meet ambitious goals. 📈 Jackie has found her career path at TBG to be dynamic.     From today's issue of Beverage Digest: It’s been two and a half years since PepsiCo spun off its Tropicana juice business into a joint venture with private equity firm PAI Partners in the middle of a global pandemic. That new entity, Tropicana Brands Group, has set an ambition to be “the undisputed global leader in chilled and fresh beverages.” The path has presented challenges.
