Stay the course! This is the philosophy General Manager Ben Gau follows as he continues during his first year serving as the leader of the Dubuque dealership. "Just keep going," Gau said of the best advice he's ever received. "We all have good days and bad days and it’s how you handle the bad days a lot of the times that makes you successful. Sometimes you just need to tell yourself to keep going." #MeetTheManager #TruckCountry #Dubuque

News from our parent company!
Rebranding efforts at McCoy Group’s offices in the Port of Dubuque, including the addition new signage, are gradually being implemented. In March 2023, company officials announced plans to purchase the four-floor facility at 501 Bell Street in Dubuque. Currently, McCoy Group offices occupy one floor of the building, with construction underway to accommodate teammates on a second floor. Other non-affiliated businesses occupy the building's other office space. #DrivingExcellence #McCoyGroup #Dubuque

As a kid, Justin Gleiter did not have to look far for inspiration when considering a future career path. "I followed in my father's footsteps," Gleiter said of his dad, Mike, who retired from Truck Country in 2023. "He was with the company for 26 years, and I was always intrigued by what he did for a living." #ManagerMonday
