Despite pharmacy stock shortages, she tirelessly coordinated with multiple teams and arranged for the medication to be delivered overnight. Teri’s relentless efforts ensured that the patient was on track for his chemotherapy, giving him and his family peace of mind. ✨ Hayley demonstrated her commitment to patient care by assisting a family in securing a prescription for their three-year-old son, Owen, who suffers from severe skin issues. Hayley worked closely with her management team to resolve the situation and provide the medication that greatly improved Owen’s quality of life. Both Teri and Hayley exemplify what it means to be #healthstrategists, going above and beyond to ensure our members get the care they need. We’re fortunate to have such dedicated individuals on our team!
