Today, we’re publishing our biggest piece yet.   We partnered with Puzzle 🧩🚀 to write about the next generation of accounting tools.   Our CEOs, Alex Lee and Sasha Orloff, explain how AI can turn accounting from a repetitive chore into a major source of business intelligence.   They cover everything from decreasing costs to improving accuracy and enhancing customer support.   We also hear from Fouad Farhat of Soma Capital—an investor in both Truewind and Puzzle—about the current state of accounting, and where it’s headed.   📌 Check out the full article here: https://lnkd.in/dnjKjuVw

It's one of the things we love most about building in SF 💛

For early-stage startups, I can’t emphasize enough how valuable it is to work alongside other founders. The community you build will inspire you, support you, celebrate your wins and be there when things aren’t going well. We recently had dinner with some of our YC W23 batchmates, and it reminded me of one of the best parts about building in SF — the close proximity to amazing founders who are on the same journey. To all the early-stage startups out there, find your tribe. Surround yourself with those who inspire you, challenge you, and believe in your vision. The journey is tough, but with the right people by your side, it’s also incredibly rewarding.

Throwback to #Xerocon earlier this month.   One of the best parts: catching up with our awesome partners.   Thank you so much to Anshul Shah, Brex and all the amazing teams that make our work possible.   Also, major shoutout to our Head of Growth, Jose Aparicio, for always going above and beyond.   He’s phenomenal at making sure that our customers and partners are at the heart of everything we do.

Thrilled to be working with our customer, Coldreach (YC W23)! In particular, when it comes to bookkeeping, we’re honored to assist them with navigating the complexities of taxes and compliance. A huge thank you to Xiaohan Shen and the entire Coldreach team—grateful to support your vision of making sales more efficient. Quote from Shen:   “I like that Truewind takes care of everything. Founder life is so busy, and it really makes a difference to have help with tax filing.”

Our CEO, Alex Lee, has been on the move, speaking at 4 tech events around San Francisco.   In our latest article, Alex shares his favorite topics that have come up, and why they matter to those of us in accounting and finance.   Specifically, he delves into automation within accounting, the long-term impact of AI, and when it could actually make sense to build your own foundation model.   Most importantly, he emphasizes that solving your customer’s needs—not chasing the latest trend—should always be your top priority.    🔗 For the full piece, check out the link in the comments.
