He has received numerous Chairman Awards, including recognition for implementing the Toyota Quality System at GM’s greenfield plant, implementing advanced statistical tools to enable GM truck plants to launch at world-class dimensional levels, developing a comprehensive Black Belt program resulting in substantial cost savings at DaimlerChrysler, and a strategic plan for state-of-the-art future Stellantis vehicle assembly plant with 25% less transformation cost. Raj holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering and has served on advisory boards of prominent academic institutions.
