TSD Logistics is looking to hire a HR & Benefits Coordinator to work in our Safety & HR department. This position provides administrative support for the effective administration of Human Resource services and programs in the area of benefits as well as ensuring DOT compliance within our safety program. This position reports to the Director of HR & Safety. The ideal candidate must be dependable, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail are necessary. *Minimum Qualifications* - High School Diploma or GED - Benefits and/or DOT safety experience a plus *Duties* - Assist new employees with inquiries regarding participation in the Group Benefits Plan including: enrolling new employees in insurance coverage; determining eligibility for changes due to Qualifying Life Events; Annual Enrollment - Process and provide timely notification and communication with employees and supervisors regarding leaves and absences - DOT Driver Compliance including physical renewals, DOT random drug/alcohol list, CDL renewals, etc. - Data entry to include spreadsheets and reports. Other duties as assigned *Benefits* - Competitive pay, starting at $16.00 per hour DOE - Day shift, Monday through Friday - Excellent benefits package - 401(k) and company match available - Job Type: Full-time
