Igniting the power of people through technology

About us

Igniting the power of people through technology – underscores our core belief that people are capable of great things, and technology can be a force for good in helping them achieve. Its what we do, its what we believe, and it underscores the way we approach delivering solutions to our government partners and those we serve. In fact, our name – TuaPath – is based on the belief that people (whether program staff or program participants) can be supported and empowered to build their own path to success. "Tua" from the Latin word meaning “your” and the English understanding of "Path" as a direction, together translates into “Your Path.” Since our founding, we’ve been passionate about helping our government partners support vulnerable populations to reach their development, employment, well-being and self-sufficiency goals. Our goal-management platform was created for this purpose.

You can ignite the power of people...with the right technology solution.

"Won't using an app or going virtual make our case workers lose the human connection with their participants?" That's a common concern I have heard, when talking to people in employment services, benefits programs, and universities. When considering technology solutions, here are a couple of key points to remember: - Simply adopting an app for the sake of having one can risk alienating both customers and staff. - However, choosing a technology solution that aligns with existing processes, streamlines operations, and enhances opportunities for engagement can actually free up time for staff to focus on building meaningful connections with customers. Implementing the right technology doesn't diminish the human touch; instead, it empowers the human connection, ultimately fostering success. #Technology #HumanConnection #Empowerment

The reason TuaPath exists is because we believe that every person in a benefits program or employment service program can succeed. We believe that it IS possible to overcome challenges, trials and hardships that life throws our way. Today, I want to share about an amazing group of people that believe the same....that they can help overcome hardships trials and challenges that effect families every day. Children's Hospital Colorado and the other hospitals around the country that are part of the Children's Miracle Network. Two years ago, my grandson was born with essentially one half of a heart. An age ago, it would have meant the loss of his life so early on. Instead, the staff at Children's Hospital fought. They fought for his life. And not just my grandson's life, but for the lives of hundreds of children at the Hospital, each and every day. From support and maintenance staff, to assistants, nurses, doctor's and everyone I failed to just list, the entire team at Children's shared their hearts as they fought for these children and supported their families as they struggled. Day after day. Always encouraging, always supporting, and in the dark times, crying with those whose loved ones were lost. For 11 and a half months, my grandson stayed in his room under the watchful care and comfort of this incredible staff. My daughter and son-in-law and their other two children were supported and cared for as their lives had been upended. During the many days and nights that I could stay down their to help, I was a witness to this incredible place filled with incredible people. Today marks 1 year from when my little grandson received a new heart. A heart given by a family whose own hearts had been broken by their loss, but who graciously gave another a chance to live. They gave my grandson that chance. The medical team at Children's took the chance and gave it thier all. So today, I get to celebrate the second chance at life for my grandson. I get to honor and pay my respects to the donor family. I get to thanks each and every employee at Children's for getting him home. So today, I humbly ask that if you would, take a look at the Children's Hospital Colorado and the other members of the Children's Miracle Network. If you want to give a donation to a place that effects and changes lives, then I ask you to consider partnering with them. Every little bit can help them as they fight for the lives of newborns, children and teens who face incredible odds. Every little bit can help this incredible team of people turn challenges and hardships into victories and changed lives. https://lnkd.in/en7TWs5f

It's always exciting when our team goes to conferences and connects with program directors, managers and staff who are seeking to change how to help their customers. Doing things the same way it's been done for 40 years gets the same results they have for 40 years. Innovation visionaries that are committed to guide their office to change will always have our respect and support!

Great thoughts about how important Progress is as an outcome from our Founder. That's part of our philosophy at TuaPath. Is it part of your philosophy in employment and benefit services? If so, can you measure and report it? TuaPath can help. Connect with us today to learn more. #APHSASummit2024

Second full day at #APHSASUMMIT2024. Had an interesting conversation about measuring outcomes in human services. To many, the outcomes they try to measure is full-time employment. While full-time employment is the goal we want people to achieve, we have to realize that so many participants come into the programs at functioning levels and with barriers that are impossible to overcome quickly. Benefit programs have time limits, and when these two forces collide, we need to change our paradigm of success. If a coach can help a participant overcome barriers and to learn how to set and achieve goals, they have made HUGE progress! Progress is a POSITIVE outcome. Progress IS an outcome. The question is can your program measure progress? Can your program report on the progress of cohorts or individuals? If not, then you need to find a partner that can. Part of our philosophy at TuaPath is: Progress is an outcome, because their progress matters. When we understand that, we can truly begin to help people.
